Soul of a Soprano - the Journey of a Classical Singer.

In my second and final year of eduction to become a Master of Fine Arts in Vocal Music at the University of California, Irvine, I journey toward an exciting Graduate Recital exploring the songs of women throughout the history of music, with many other experiences along the way (and beyond). To expand and expound upon my exciting discoveries, I've decided to share my experiences and journeys into the very soul of music with the world wide web. As a blog focused on research in addition to personal commentary, I encourage the community at large - including music and musicological experts, professors, colleagues, friends, and the general audience of those who love music - to comment and contribute as we share this journey together. I look forward to enjoying the experience and expanding my content to include various topics, related to my upcoming recital, my performance experiences, and whatever else touches my singer's soul.
